Step by Step
1 USING PATTERNS, CUT SHAPES FROM FOAM. EMBELLISH SHAPES WITH BLACK MARKER AND WHITE PAINT MARKER AS SHOWN.
2 GLUE SHAPES TO FOAM PAIL. EMBELLISH WITH NICOLE IRIDESCENT GLITTER GLUE AND LET DRY.
3 GLUE ON EYES AND ATTACH GLITTZER STICKER.
4 FILL FOAM PAIL WITH GREEN SHREDDED PAPER AND CANDY.
