Step by Step
1 PAINT BOWL AS SHOWN. WHEN DRY, APPLY DECOUPAGE MEDIUM.
2 CUT A PIECE OF DECORATIVE HALLOWEEN PAPER TO FIT BOTTOM OF DISH AND GLUE INTO PLACE.
3 ASSEMBLE POT PAL ACCORDING TO PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS. GLUE POT PAL TO WOOD PIECE AS SHOWN.
4 ATTACH GLITTZER STICKERS.
