Step by Step
1 PAINT SPOON AS SHOWN. WHEN DRY, APPLY DECOUPAGE MEDIUM.
2 USING PATTERNS, CUT FOAM SHAPES.
3 CUT ONE 12" LENGTH EACH OF 1/8" ORANGE AND 3/8" BRIGHT GREEN RIBBON. USING BOTH RIBBONS TOGETHER, TIE A BOW AROUND SPOON HANDLE. GLUE TO SECURE.
4 GLUE ON FOAM, EYES, SIX 2" CHENILLE STEMS AND TINSEL POMPOMS AS SHOWN.
