Step by Step
1 PAINT SPOON AS SHOWN. WHEN DRY, APPLY DECOUPAGE MEDIUM.
2 USING PATTERNS, CUT FOAM SHAPES.
3 CUT ONE 1 1/2" LENGTH OF CHENILLE STEM. BEND INTO MOUTH SHAPE. GLUE TO SPOON. GLUE ON FOAM SHAPES AND WIGGLE EYES.
