PUT A WHOLE NEW SPIN ON PUMPKIN DECORATING.

Step by Step
1 PAINT SPOON AS SHOWN. WHEN DRY, APPLY DECOUPAGE MEDIUM.
2 TWIST THE ENDS OF ONE TINSEL STEM AROUND A PENCIL TO CREATE CURLS. GLUE CENTER OF STEM TO BACK OF SPOON.
3 CUT ONE TINSEL STEM IN HALF AND WRAP BOTH PIECES AROUND HANDLE LEAVING ENDS STICKING OUT.
4 GLUE FOAM PIECES TO SPOON AS SHOWN.
