Step by Step
1 USING DECOUPAGE MEDIUM, GLUE GREEN PAPER TO FRAME. CUT OUT PHOTO OPENINGS. CUT BASE AREA FROM TAN PAPER USING PATTERN.
2 EMBELLISH USING BRADS, FIBERS, EMBELLISHED STICKERS AND METAL TAGS.
3 ADD DIMENSION USING DIMENSIONAL FOAM DISCS.
