Step by Step
1 MEASURE AND CUT MINI GARLAND TO GO AROUND TOP OF BAG. GLUE TO BAG ABOUT 1" DOWN FROM TOP EDGE.
2 TIE EIGHT BOWS ABOUT 1-1/2" WIDE WITH RED RIBBON. GLUE TO BAG ABOVE GARLAND, PLACING THREE EACH ON FRONT AND BACK AND ONE ON EACH SIDE.
3 CUT OUT A 2"X 3" PIECE OF RED CARD STOCK. TRIM GIFT CARD TO 1-1/2"X 2-1/4" AND GLUE TO CENTER OF RED CARD STOCK. ATTACH CARD TO FRONT OF BAG AS SHOWN.
4 FILL BAG WITH RED TISSUE AND GIFT.
